Quoted from SteveO:

That is the cleanest garage I have ever seen.

I was thinking the same thing, my garage looked that clean for all of 10 minutes after we closed on the house.

Quoted from Impzilla:

Maybe we need more older iron in this post.
My 68 Camaro with 67 fenders and quarters with a 69 hood - still averages out to 68.

Now we're talking! I'll take older American muscle over the German cars any day. I've owned a few German cars and still have one, they've got quality and efficiency but they lack the soul of early American autos.

A few of mine....notice a theme

Turbo power!!! I love the GMC Syclone (and Typhoon) and Grand National, way ahead of their time when they came out. I used to have a 95 Ford Lightning with the Windsor V8 and a buddy owned a Syclone and I was mighty impressed by what it was capable of. Alot of people think American car manufacturers just got into turbo charging within the past 10-20 years.

someone said more older IRON?

Now we're talking, Shelby GT500 & GT350, BOSS 302 & 429, Camaro Z28, Hemi 'Cuda, GTO, chariots of the gods!!!

Quoted from MustangPaul:

After 46 years my '70 Mustang finally has sub-frame connectors.

I've seen some of the other posts on your Mustang and it's pretty awesome Paul!

Quoted from MacLean:

2016 Lambo Hurracan with 750 hp does 0-60 in 2 seconds. My wife is all smiles!

Nice! Of all the recent cars that Lamborghini and Ferrari have made this one appeals to me the most.

Damn! Tell him he needs to trade one of those in for something that can haul a pin.

Quoted from Roostking:

Prowler with V8, what could have been.

Quoted from RockfordReplay:

Uuunnnnnggh! Like fingernails on a blackboard.

I know Prowler owners really get tired of hearing that one! We’re friends with a couple that own a Viper and a Prowler, he drives the Viper and his wife drives the Prowler. After awhile they ended up buying a second Viper so that she had something funner to drive. They still kept the Prowler though, one of the most unique American cars made.

My summer ride

Nice. Is that a Factory Five Racing build?

#2638 1 year ago
Quoted from ramegoom:

No it's actually an Everett-Morrison. I built it in 1995, it's been at a couple of Run and Gun events, road courses, run the quarter mile maybe 100 times, and has 101,000 miles on it today.
Been a fun ride so far.

Good to see it’s getting used as it was intended! Thinking of getting one next year to celebrate my retirement, been looking at Factory Five and Backdraft Racing builds.

40k miles and I can still make it shiiine

How do you get the car up on the stands? I always have a sore back after detailing my wheels and have been looking for a simple cost effective way to raise them.

Quoted from littlecammi:

1996 mystic paint Mustang Cobra, stored since new with factory plastic still on the seats and steering wheel.

But why? While it’s a cool car it’s not really a very valuable car, and I don’t see that changing much over time. It belongs on the road, not in a museum.
