Added over 6 years ago: Replica on Fiero

#1371 5 years ago
Quoted from dasvis:

They had bad engine compartment fire issues with those Fieros. Good-looking car though....

Not really true, they had an issue where debris would build up due to a gap over the engine compartment (leaves/pine needles/small twigs) and the debris would sit on the headers and catch fire. Recall came out and a weatherstrip took care of debris accumulating on headers. I’ve had 3 fieros and never any fires.

Quoted from littlecammi:

Clearly a Fiero GT with a Ferrari F40 rebody kit (and not a real Ferrari).

Yes, all $38,000 dollars worth too. Had I kept it I would have put a LS7 in it for another 20k or so.

It was based on a 1987 SE fiero that had 25,000 miles when I sold it.

Quoted from MustangPaul:

Well when ya got money anything is possible. People wonder how I have so many pins too.

But you play your pins right?

Quoted from MustangPaul:

I'm sure it's the same with his cars, he takes a certain one out for a spin when he feels like it.

Did you see the miles on his cars? I don’t think he’s taking most of them out for a spin.

Quoted from Tres:

I'm still trying to figure out what car is next on my list but in the meantime, I've finished remodeling the garage...[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

Details on the type of floor coating you used?
