Yea, people seem to equate clean or neat, or maintained as OCD.
I think people just want to have a "problem" to tell people they have.
No, your not OCD, you just like shit clean.

Most are ocpd. It's a personality disorder not a medical problem.

Yeah the disorder of needing some sort of disorder.
Anyway, Back to this disorder of loving vehicles!
Finally have a reason to want spring to come sooner, shoveled out a major snow storm last night.
Sucks.

Been on a search for a 718 Spyder for a few months now and finally found one in Chicago, w/just 5k miles
It just came in via freight in a covered transport this past Saturday and I’ve only got 10 miles on it but holy cow!
It’s everything they say it would be - precise, raw, fast, tight … looking forward to some warm and sunny weather to really give her a workout
4.0ltr, 414hp, 8,000 red line, carbon buckets … it makes the 911 I sold last year feel like a family car in comparison
Even the PDK is significantly more precise in shifts vs the ‘09 Carrera S
My over axle GPF delete pipes just arrived so those will go on next week - needs a little more “volume” in the low/mid RPMs, but at 6-8k it a glorious roar!

Congrats-it looks super minty and the color really pops-looks stunning!
I may need to visit the 'Pinball Loft' someday

Amazing drivers car. My father has a gt4 he uses on the track, so basically same car but hard top.
I wanted a 718 Spyder, but pricing up in Canada is super prohibitive.
Beautiful car. You'll love it.
Quoted from Meegis:This is my dad's.
[quoted image]
Love the GT4 and other than the top and the incredible downforce of that huge wing, same exact engine, suspension and undercarriage
GT4 will do a bit better on track due to downforce and the body is more rigid than the open top Spyder
Beautiful car BTW and it looks like he dropped some coin on a CF hood or is that paint?

Cf wrap on hood, mirrors, rear spoiler and side scoops. He has the cf seats and interior trim, so it really ties the whole car together and makes the contrast on the GT silver pop.

That's one hot looking car. Nice find.
I’ve had so many projects for a while that I’ve forgotten about my Viper the last few years.
Got to work on the exhaust finally. Mounting a flex pipe as it keeps cracking all over the place.
Notice, it’s only mocked up at this moment.

I’m guessing you meant to quote me.
Well my other projects aren’t as nice.
Building an engine for my ‘71 Ranchero, and rebuilding the engine for my ‘63 Austin A40.
Together with lots of pinball projects.
And building on my ‘88 Tbird
No I feel I’ve neglected the Viper too much lately. Way too many cars and projects…
Here’s 3 of the cars at least.

I bet the neighbors can hear you coming, reminds me of a funny old movie skit from the 1980's Uncle Buck movie and the Buck-mobile backfiring. I love when he times it and knows when it will backfire-classic

Here's a picture at delivery and another of the Max Jax 7k 2 post lift I just installed in my pole barn
That's my 4300# Audi S5 up in the air, so the Spyder will be an easy lift @ 3400#
First job will be to bolt on the new Fabspeed OAP pipes

Stay safe out there. Had a lady cut me off in my Morgan Thursday. Damage looks minor, fender is bent but car is pulling hard to the right.headache as nowhere in the state to send it.
Physically got lucky. Not really bruised but six hours in the ER to be told I probably have inflammation on my spine causing nerve issues in my arm.
Bought this new for my son to go to collage.
It transported him in med school as well.
He just got a new Bronco he ordered 2 years ago , so this Performance package pony is up for sale. Have it on local Craig's list. Sad to see her go .

Just finished building my custom 10" box for the A3. Powered by a Kicker 46CXA8001T, I must say it sounds (and feels) great.
Bass knob uses an ebay sourced Audi mirror knob to appear "factory".

Wow, you did a fantastic job with it-looks seamless. I need to install a bass knob, tired of trying to equalize with different types of music.
I recently had a head shaking moment while watching the news.
Mercedes Benz is going to try and charge their patrons a monthly subscription fee for increased performance with their electric platform. Also heard about cars with electric heated seats installed from factory but you need to pay to use them? Are you freakin kidding me-Oh Vey!

That did come out great @Atari_Daze.
I moved my subwoofers so I could have a spare tire. Modern spare has tire kits with spacers for cars with wide tires.
I didn't build these boxes but the guy who did, did a great job for me.
