My bike is nothing to look at. Just a mid-range Fuji road bike. Did moderate rides until this summer, when I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Since then, I average 15-17 miles a day, with 1k of elevation, as a daily sprint I do during my lunch hour. Gotten a lot better with hills, my bp is slowly coming down and I can ride a lot further. I completed a 75 mile ride with my wife last month with plenty left in the tank, where previously I could barely finish the 50 mile variant at all. I've also dropped almost 20 lbs, which helps. Looking forward to hitting numbers I haven't seen since college.
