My bad if we are talking about here, I can only see them on the main page.

I see your on a phone, On my IPhone I have a extra set of 4 boxes, when the sub box is clicked you get all the topics you see on the left in a computer screen shot

Here is my phone, can you find the "SUB" button?

Sorry to hear that, Maybe Robin will be back with a fix. All I can tell you is I am using IE on a windows 7 computer, and an IPhone and IPad. My screen shots are what I can see.
