I had 2 displays with issues that followed when I swapped positions. I bought 2 new Pinscore plug and play LED displays. I plug them in and they are blank. I plug in the old ones and they light up with the same problems they had. I just received these today from Pinball Life and know I will not receive a reply until after New Years Day. Any ideas on what to check until I hear from Pinball Life?
Yes 6 digit. I have turned the brightness stop to stop with no help. I find it hard to believe 2 bad displays, but neither one will work in multiple positions.

What if you unplug the original displays, does the test button work with just the 2 LED displays?
