I get why most people like a lot of the games that they do, it just so happens that I don't.

Like LOTR. I'll tell you it's one of the best games ever made. I have no interest in ever owning one.

That's how I feel about the majority of the so called "A" list stuff. I have had an opportunity to buy a lot of different machines in my life, and I've even owned some of the most popular A titles, and they all leave quickly. Games like VND that no one else in the world likes stay.

Heh, that's pretty apt for me. With very few exceptions, when I see fancy cars (and my father in law has a pair of REALLY nice ones), I generally sit there thinking, "Wow, if I had that I'd sell it so fast." while I hold together whatever cheap car I actually like with gum and duct tape, and would actually much rather drive then the other cars.

There's apparently now a group of like four of us that understand the game. If I ever get the basement clean and you're in Milwaukee, I'd love to have you over for a few games. You need to play one set up right for it to not suck.
