Just got back to the UK from a vacation it the USA. Visited Myrtle Beach before going to Gattlingburg via Raleigh/Durham.

Here's a list of machines I found (not many after visiting most arcades I came across)

Myrtle Beach, Sopranos (V good) - Thorny's Steakhouse, Sharky's Shootout (display dead)-Westgate Myrtle Beach

Garden City, Pavilion Arcade- Stern POTC and IJ (dirty but playable)

Gattlingburg, Space Needle Arcade - WOZ, first time I have played it and first impressions were good, trough eject needs tweaking though.

Pigeon Ford, Ripley's Crazy Golf (Tanger Outlet)- RBION (Didn't play but looked in v good condition)

You probably came right past my place on I-40 from Raleigh to Gatlinburg. I'm just 15 minutes outside of Winston-Salem, one mile off the highway. Should have reached out on here, there's lots of gamerooms in that stretch that probably would have opened up for you. Any (well, let's be safe and say most) Pinsiders would be welcome at my place if they were coming through.

Hi, thanks for the offer, did think of asking on here but had the wife in tow. She begrudgingly let me visit the arcades, but feel a detour to play pinball for a few hours may have been bit much for her to accommodate, especially as she was a bit upset after dropping the daughter off at UNI for a year.

It was bad enough justifying all the pinball bits being shipped to the hotel and taking up valuable suitcase space. I had to appease her by letting her by a few Yankee Candles.

    Cheers Tony

Did you use the pinside map to find them?

Hope you had a good vacation!

No, just checked wherever I ended up. The only one I made a specific trip for was Garden City which was as a result of an article on Pinball News.
Had a great trip though, even though us Brits aren't used to all the driving.

I was so hoping to see pictures of your machines hanging out on the beach or going snorkeling.

Dang it! I was just in Gatlinburg a couple weeks ago.... and of course, one of the things we didn't go to was the space needle. Doh! I would've loved to have had some time on WOZ before mine eventually shows up....

I did find a couple other worn out pins while in town (CFTBL, and RBION) and added them to the map.

    Edit: fixed a typo
