I wouldn't simply bank on that being the case... I'd be very clear with your insurance agent and make sure you don't require a collectibles rider. Most assume homeowners will cover this, it does and it doesn't and it's very much a specific policy question.
I insure mine separately with collectables insurance (www.collectinsure.com).
