I figured something was up when I placed an order a few days ago and did not hear back... A quick google search took me here.
I am glad I ordered the conversion for my arbor press, looking forward to receiving my order.
Thanks
Juan

Loved the products you sold... filled a much-needed niche for the community, thanks for your unwavering service all these years.
Hey, me again!
More stuff we are now out of:
small tap wrench (0-1/4)
medium flexstone files
10-32 JAM nuts
mini ratcheting bit sets
Still have lots of stuff left including scalpel blades. We found another box of spools so we will continue getting ground braid as long as you all keep getting rolls of it. I also have lots of rivet kits. No limits on anything just need to see it all disappear
I am still tossing in extras where ever possible so don't miss out on yours! It's fun getting free surprises eh?
Debbie
PINRESTORE CLOSING REMINDER
We are planning to close November 1st. The website will go offline.
We still have plenty of:
Rivet kits and riveting tools
Ground braid (flat)
Scalpel blades
Pipettes
Screws (still giving extras on most sizes, US shipping only)
Couldn't hold off from making another order before shop closes, need to stock up on those rivets so I don't have to bother about them ever again.
Quoted from PinRestore:you can probably build your own with an arbor press from Harbor Fright.
Is there any advantage to buying the larger 1 ton press over the 1/2 ton??
I saw you mentioned both on the kit description.
Already placed an order, glad I caught this post!!!

The 1 ton will work just fine. All parts will fit.

I'm wondering the same. Considering buying a 1 ton press only because it has a bigger gap (theoretically allowing better accessibility when riveting) compared to the half ton variant but it weights quite a lot. If the 0.5 ton press is more than enough for riveting I might get the smaller press for less hassle moving it around.
Any input on this?

There is a slight increase in throat depth and height with the 1 ton. It's about 35% larger, physically, than the 1/2 ton. Even though the weight is double, the casting gets thicker everywhere so the size gain is smaller.

We are still open and taking orders but we're coming down to the home stretch.
If there's anything you want from Pinrestore, you'd better get it now.

Happy Saturday everyone.
Less than a month to go. Closing day is December 3, 2021. I still have lots of stuff left and I am loading people up with lots of extras (U.S. orders only.)
So make my day and lets clean this #%*^ out! NO ORDERS WILL SHIP BETWEEN NOV 12 AND NOV 22.
Thanks everyone. You are all appreciated.
Debbie
Got my kit to make my own rivet press. Used my garage sale “hook your drill into it” drill press, a bit of patience and it turned out great.
Thanks!
Got a shit load of 6-32 and 8-32 bolts. I divided them up equally and gave some to a couple friends that I know do a lot of working on pins and could really use them.
Thank you again to Debbie and Scot (I still want to know where the fuck the other t went).
Sure wish I could get one of there presses. I've been trying to purchase one for the last couple days but looks like there sold out. Hate to see them go.

My Dad was a student of history. He said my T got thrown overboard.
During the T party.

Rollover dies are all sold out, short and long. No more die sets, rivet press kits, or rivet presses. We have a few head dies left in short and long.
Still have Master Rivet Kits and all the rivet sizes.

Order placed. Got a strange Paypal error when trying to add some super lube syringes. Does that mean out of stock? No worries, I'll grab that on Amazon.
Made my last order, thanks for being a much-respected player in the hobby Scot! You and your partner have done a great job, and will be missed.
This is it folks. Any orders placed after midnight eastern time on Friday Dec. 3rd will be canceled and refunded. Here are items I still have a few of as well as screws, nuts and bolts.
Mylar, sheets and rolls
Brown tack glides
scalpel handles and blades
star bit sets
stubby screwdrivers
PC lumber and woody
super lube grease
rivet kits
e clips
IDC punchdown tool .100 (only one of those left. first one gets it.)
powdered graphite
Stay tuned for my final heartfelt goodbye. (sniff sniff )
Debbie
Received my final order. Thank you both for
all the extras you threw in, but thank you for all the help and parts you’ve sold me through the years. Enjoy your retirement, yous will be sorely missed.
Website is now offline.
Sad!
Thanks for everything, guys.
One thing I was curious about for the future, where did you get the foam scrubbing swap?
Well shit, that wasn't very heartfelt was it? Let me try again.
Hey folks. The end is here and this will be my last post. Yea!!!
A huge thank you to every one of you that supported us through the years and kept us going for so long. We couldn't have done it without you.
A gigantic thank you to Bryan Kelly for having our backs when someone wasn't quite kind. Bryan, have your driveway cleaned out. You will be getting a BIG delivery soon.
Unfortunately there is one person we will not thank. After placing over a $500.00 order he then put in a Paypal dispute that he didn't receive it, with no contact with us what so ever. PO shows it was delivered within 180 yards of his address. An email to us first so we could check into it would have been nice, Nick Formento. Sellers beware.
And with that I will say....

Best of luck to you both...and to steal from a recent catchphrase: Let's go, Formento!
OK I lied. I'm back.
Just an update that Nick withdrew his Paypal dispute today. Must have "found" his package after all so no loss on our part. I just wanted to warn our fellow sellers to be aware.
Off to retirementville.
Happy days are here again................

It must've been my thinly-veiled F.U. above that did the trick.
Just glad to see you not get screwed at the end. Happy retirement and thank you again for all your help through the years.
Guys, I (sadly) missed this closing. Does anyone know a good source for the items this great store used to sell?
Blue spring steel
3/8 inch hex screws (the gold colored ones found under WPC and system 11 pf's)
T nuts
ground braid.
Really sad these guys closed. Hope a similar retailer has stepped up?
