Apparently there was a small fire with this #pink game at some point which melted the plastic. I touched up the area but they have a plastic cut from a different game. Does anyone have a scan of the plastic pictured below with the red arrow?

It’s not all the way yet lol but getting there. The drop targets all started crumbling after they were hit so I had to shut it down until they come tomorrow.
The outhole is super weak and barely moves when pulsed. The coil tests fine and it has a good path to ground. The contact is also spaced well and cleaned. I am going to re solder the lugs to see if that helps.

In the meantime I was going to repin the harness. Figured why not do it since I have the pins. I was in there adding the ground mods and figure I should just keep going.

Also I’m missing digits 3 and 4 on my player 2 display.

Lol other than those things the kids were loving it until the drop targets broke. I’m still determined though.

Hey, I'll go you one better than a scan. I have the actual plastic. Unless you're super keen on making your own of course? By the way, you're going to want to make a custom plastic protector for the plastic that goes behind the three bank set of drop targets. That plastic is broken on just about every game I've seen and is a really tough find. You'll also want to get some plastic washers to protect the corners of the other plastics for the high impact shots. When this game is set up correctly and waxed, it gets pretty fast. It's not super complex but pretty fun and underrated in my opinion. Also pretty uncommon.....let me know about the plastic....

I am absolutely not keen on making my own just figured I would never find an original one. I would be very happy to buy it off you if your willing to sell it. Thanks for the pointers about the other plastics. Mine behind the three bank is still whole and would like to keep it that way.

So to make your custom protectors, you’ll need some Lexan polycarbonate, (I use .093 which is probably on the thicker side, but works....). I trace the outline of the plastic over the plastic covering on the Lexan sheet and then cut it to size about a 1/4 to 3/8 inch wider than the outline all around using a band saw. You’ll also want to mark the holes in your protector, again using the original plastic as a template and cut them through using a high speed drill. Once you’ve got it all cut out, you’ll want to sand the edges to make it look smooth. I use a belt sander, hold/mount it upside down and run the edges of the protector on it by hand but you could probably hand sand it too. Take the plastic covering off the Lexan and install it underneath the original plastic. See the pics for my results. I also made protectors for the top plastics, they were all cracked when I got this game as well. They take a pretty good beating from the pop bumpers. YMMV, but I’d at least do the 3 bank.

That does not seem like a bad idea at all. Thank you for the heads up I defiantly will give that a shot when I get it the rest of It way up and running. Thank you again for everything.

SergioJ asking for a bit of help if you have a second. I recently messed up my switch matrix and coincidentally found this wire loose and attached it to this light right before. I was thinking it came from this light. Now I’m thinking I might have been wrong. If you have a second sometime can you look on yours and tell me if I was close, right or wrong? Please and thank you in advance. I included pictures.

Disregard I determined that is just the non controlled lamp lighting and wires right.
