I agree with you, though the OP was suggesting deleting people’s sale ads based on people feeling the price was too high. That’s some BS.
No one is ‘entitled’ to buy someone else’s property for less than that owner values it. Total BS.
Feels to me like many here are calling people asking for high(er than YOU want) prices greedy while failing to acknowledge your own greed, i.e. demanding someone is not able to possibly profit from a sale of their property at whatever the market will pay.
