Has anyone who ordered product from PinGraffix on Black Friday received it yet? Has anyone been in communication with them? I placed my order on Friday Nov 25th and it was processed but I have yet to hear anything about a ship date. I have emailed them four times and emailed Gina directly twice. I got a response from Gina on Dec 9th asking for the details of my order but have heard nothing since.

This is the first time I have ordered directly from them so I don't know if this might be normal. I love the product so I don't want to cancel the order but not sure what else to do at this point.

Yeah he hasn't gotten back to me. I think I'll email gina today if I don't hear back after lunch.
