I got a big order in progress, has been sent if I beleive the tracking number (joe confirmed me 15 days ago) but no update since 10 days.
Is there some issues with US postal?

USPS is bullshit for international... im waiting an order shipped 4 weeks ago...

I have ordered mirrorblades with pingraffix and told them to use DHL express or UPS rather than USPS. Im waiting their answer...

All my orders using DHL or UPS arrive in France 5 days later... USPS 4 weeks and more and it is the same price....

Sorry to hear that. You are right about DHL or UPS but I didn’t ever have any big issue with usps, ok it is longer but always ended to get my stuff in a reasonable time limit.
I guess The corona virus situation must extend shipping times with national postal service, this is the same here in France.
I get an older order with Cometpinball, they shipped the next day and still waiting for the stuff while I used to be delivered rather fast.

Bro USPS is having delays due to corona and I’m sure anything going through customs is too. You ordered knowing DHL wasn’t something offered on their checkout page yet you chose to proceed with the order that’s one you. USPS is reliable and as long as your local carrier isn’t crap it will get to you.

Sorry but even without COVID, USPS is very very slower than the others... 4 weeks is the average with USPS...

2 problems with USPS :
1- we dont know why there is 1 week (sometimes 10 days...) for our package go in the departure airport... and its not the fault to the provider because the package has left the shop... UPS or DHL, only 1 day.
2-The second problem is essentially due to the Taxes: all our orders are blocked during 2 weeks in the arrival airport to recover taxes. With UPS or DHL, all the taxes can be paid when the packages are in the plane on internet - there is no delay and after 2 days we have our orders... Its not possible with USPS.

Thats why UPS and DHL are really great for international services...

If you see the attached image : 14 days to be in the airport (UPS or DHL : maximum 2 days even with covid). We are the 14th May and now, i need to wait 2 weeks more with the taxes services. After that, my package can be sent to my house and need to wait 4-5 days more...

French postal is totally incompetent. Hard to get an human on call and when you get one, He only says what you can read with the tracking number.
With my Comet order, the guy tells me that the package is not arrived in France, it has just left USA....since April 30th!
With my pingraffix order, neither Joe nor Gina (does she still work for this shop? She has never replied to any email) has replied to me. I don’t even know if the us postal has received the package, don’t know what really means the following:
