Joe at Pingraffix started a thread yesterday about some new Rick and Morty art blades. Maybe try to send him a PM?

I am having the same problem. No reply form Joe or Gina on a purchase made in April. I hope they are both well.

I received a message that my items were made ready for shipment yesterday evening...
    Thanks Joe.

The initial post has been deleted, and the thread title changed to "please remove."

    Wonder if something happened?

I ordered some blades back in April, and I had to file a PayPal claim against them due to not receiving the product (after weeks of not returning emails). After filing the claim they shipped the product. I'll never order from them again.

As they are IN the hardest hit lock down state in the US during a pandemic you might need to give them a bit of slack on business output.

Not when they take my money, and then don't respond to status requests. I had to file a PayPal claim to get them to do anything....not sure my expectations are the problem

Their website says they're continuing filling orders during covid 19. Your mileage may vary.

Please let me know what order number it was. I want to look into this. I am sorry you had a bad experience with us.

Also please understand..I am one-man band at this time. I have no crew due to the Covid 19 thing and I pretty much work 17 hour days every day. We are swamped.. but orders are going out and some take a little longer to do..especially MirrorBladez. Everything is done by hand and orders are printed as needed. This way they stay fresh and the adhesive lasts longer rather than just sitting on a shelf in a box getting dried out for a while and then you get it.
I could probably do a lot of other things that would be cheaper and more profitable and less time consuming (like outsourcing) but in the end ..that's not how we roll at PinGraffix

Please bear with me. You can get me anytime at 516 680 1787.
    Thank you.
    Joe

Quoted from drsfmd:That might excuse lack of shipping. It doesn't excuse the lack of communications.

True. But silly me... I am also working on free plastic protectors for folks and some had sent me their scans directly to my mailbox..therefore filling it and causing more issues and losing e-mails...

Did you send me a message?

I deleted my message after seeing your initial reply.

I haven't ordered anything from you- it was more of a general comment that I see on these forums about vendors in general-- not specific to you.

We can understand this. But As a customer, sometimes we just need a reply to our emails. And I always prefer the truth...even if it won’t make me please: « I do not have in stock yet, I didn’t built it yet, I didn’t ship it yet.. »

Ordered 3 power bladez...they are awesome and a must-have in a pinball machine like a dmdcolor. I hope one will be done for walking dead

    #15 3 years ago

    No worries.

I am sorry guys. We will work harder on the communication thing from here on in.

Guys, sorry I am MIA..I am well!! Thank you for the concern!! Due to having to homeschool, working at my school online and being a mom ...my time has been very limited for PinGraffix communication. Joe has been picking up all of the slack. He’s trying the best he can given the situation right now. So please be patient. Thank you for understanding! If you need anything For a pressing matter, you can PM me and I’ll give you my cell.

Thanks and hope everyone is well!

    Package received 3 days ago.

Tried to install the JP powerbladez but I do not have the same connection.
I do not have the female molex as described in step 8. What do I have to do now?
What this cable is used for?
    Thanks
