Just wanted to give a shout out to PinGraffix for their excellent customer service. I ordered a set of their power blades for my JPP. The package took a long time to arrive (thanks mostly to the debacle that is USPS), and they also sent me the wrong item. I just asked them to refund me and told them I would send the blades back because I was just upset and didn’t want to wait again. They refunded my money right away and told me to just keep the wrong ones (Indiana Jones if anyone’s interested ), which was great. Then, unprompted, they sent me out a FREE set of the correct art blades (which look very nice btw)! That’s well above anything I would have asked for or expected, and is unfortunately a rarity nowadays. I am quick to write negatives about people and companies that get it wrong, so I try to let everyone know when I find a someone that still does it right! I’ll be buying from them again down the road, and I urge everyone else to give them a shot too if you haven’t already. Thanks again guys!

I offered to send them back like I said above. Sometimes it just seems like you can’t even do anything nice in this online world anymore without somebody telling you how they would have done it better. All comments like this do is discourage people from doing what I just did. I’ve run a business before, and I’d much rather have an endorsement/story like this go around than my set of decals back. He earned my future business and Dane186’s above already. Hopefully many more. But I guess everyone has a right to their own opinion...sheesh. Maybe you really would have sent them back anyway, like fighting over a dinner tab with your parents, and I appreciate that. Just no need to post that imo.
Anyway...the Indiana Jones are free to anybody that wants them as I have no use for them (and again, that includes the people at PinGraffix). Just PM me.
