Quoted from SilverUnicorn:If you thought that was tight (and it was for sure) you should have seen it when it was at the firehouse! Amazing what this ahow has grown into. Merchant's Square had THE BEST pinball flea market though.
Chris
Showing your age buddy.
Quoted from SilverUnicorn:Since my Bad Cats has been acting flakey, I'll be bringing either Firepower II or Time Machine (Data East) for the free play area. Hope to see some friends and make some new ones!

What no cat nip?
Quoted from BZarrCaptain:If you can’t find a Taco Bell on your own, you need a better GPS

He’s drinking water so rent a cop leaves him alone!
Quoted from dmacy:Also found a Roadblasters daughter card that I’ll bring. I’m officially ready for Pinfest now.

Nice shirt!
Quoted from Gotemwill:Really wish there was an area to buy and sell project machines. As it is now, you’re stuck buying a whole flea market space or fixing it up just enough to put it in the free play area (which it is obvious some folks do.)
It seems like this is another way the show could be being in revenue instead of folks resorting to parking lot deals. I would gladly pay a placement fee to let my project game sit in a designated show area for sale.
It’s all about space only so much of it!
Like Ivan said “looks like we need a bigger bld” (boat)
Quoted from jrpinball:Who is this Shay guy? If it's on Mr. Pinball, it must be a scam, right?
Nice stall tactic !
Let the games begin !
No Fear

Always happy to see Rodd![quoted image]
He’s a Rodd all right
Quoted from JodyG:FYI, it rained during load-in on Thursday...as it always does!!
Great show this year! Pretty much summed everything up already by everyone else. I did not get to see much of what it was like on friday, as I was pretty pinned down in my booth for 13 hours other than restroom breaks. I brought a couple games back home, sold one, bought one...sold some ramps and met some great Pinsiders. The rivet press got some use from some greatful pinheads and I hope to offer that again next year.
That’s a coffee cup full!
Quoted from tgarrett09:Definitely was a vendor charging pretty close to the entry doors. They did offer to put free credits on the GNR machine for me when I went up to it though so that was nice of them.
Just to be clear!
The machines directly in front of the entry doors were all Set to Free Play except The guns and Rose CE ($15,000+ game) which as you stated Credits were added if asked to play it.
All the machines were for sale and it was a vendor spot not the free play area.
The games were from Glenside Machine shop a private collection.
There may have been another vendor charging to play but if in a vendor spot that would be their choice.
Are you sure it was not the pay to play charity Game.
Quoted from Tophervette:I tried to buy a shirt on Thursday. NOPE - gotta inventory and fold.
I tried to buy a shirt first thing on Friday. NOPE - gotta give out the pre-sales first.
Then they let the $20 ticket buyers in early, and there was a rush at shirt booth.
I waited for my turn and was able to get my shirt finally, before they sold out.
This same scenerio played out for me .
Luckily I got the last two extra Large one blk one Green.
Quoted from tgarrett09:No qualms with me. Vendors can do whatever they want with their space. I was just commenting that was the one machine I saw that had a bill acceptor and yes, credits were added when I went up to it so I’m assuming that was common too.
There was no bill acceptor on the guns and Roses CE in the Glenside machine shop vendor space.

Chris
