Flash is loaded and ready for the one-way trip. Game will be in free play immediately across from my vendor space and the bid sheet will be in my space. I adjusted the timing to end the auction on Friday so the winning bidder has more flexibility to coordinate taking the machine. Here are the rules I created - they will also be available for review on the bid sheets:

Game Location and Bid Sheet Location: Game is in the free play area across the isle from the KAHR.US Circuits vendor booth. Bid sheet is located at the KAHR.US Circuits booth.
Game Condition: Game is as presented in the free play area and offered without warranty.
Auction Start and End: Silent Auction starts when the first bid is entered on this bid sheet on Thursday. Auction ends at 8:00 PM on Friday. Uncle Paul’s phone is the official auction clock.
Abandoned Bids: Winning bidder will be contacted at auction end. If non-responsive after 10 minutes the bid will be considered abandoned and therefore cancelled. The second-highest bidder will then be contacted (at 8:10 PM). This will process will continue in 10 minute increments until a winning bidder is successfully contacted.
Payment Terms: Payment in cash or via Zelle at full bid price. Payment in full before high bidder takes possession of the game.
Game Removal: Game can be removed after payment according to show rules - Friday evening or Saturday at show teardown - or as new owner negotiates with show management. If new owner keeps game in Free Play on Saturday they can use the associated admission benefits.
Bid Instructions:
- Legibly write name, text contact, and bid amount on the bid sheet’s next available line.
- Bid must exceed previous high bid by 2% and must be in whole dollars. Ask if you need help with the math.
- Check the status of your bid regularly - it is the only way to find out if you have been outbid.

Original Ms. Pac-Man upright marquee and bezel. Like most original Ms. Pac marquees the pink is super-duper-faded. Bezel is in really nice shape but does show some blue color loss at the left/right edges and some bubbling in the blue near the bottom. Hard to see in the pics, and really looks great. I have a NOS bezel that I want to replace it with but it's nice enough that I haven't bothered - hopefully someone needs one which would give me the push to replace it. $20 for the pair.
