In regards to the early break down on Saturday, it might make more sense just to shorten the show hours to end at 5 pm. Try to encourage all vendors and free play games to stay until 5 but then allow easy access to pack down starting then. It seems the show just sorta fizzles out after around 3-4 anyways.
