    Quoted from Ivan1496:

I will have standard glass at the show and doesn’t need to be prepaid. I’m not get much request for custom sizes and not sure if I can get an order in on time. I’ll be checking on that this week. For Standard glass, I currently have about a 100 sheets. I may try to get more.
If there is a need for something specific or if you’d like to reserve some, now is the time to let me know.

Have an IJPA PF plastic protector new condition still in box

Looking for Bally Supersonic project is ok

    #403 2 years ago

If you provide the dimensions I could get it.

    #404 2 years ago

Just checked with my supplier and I can still get glass. I have about a week or so to get my order in. Of course I’m hearing about a price increase AGAIN! I have to listen to this every year.

Anyway, I’ve requested a quote for standard size to see where we are. Last years price was $40 per sheet. I suspect it may be a couple of bucks more. Custom stuff was $50 to $58 if I recall correctly. Custom stuff was prepaid as well as reserved pieces.

Let me know what you want.

I believe that’s the same size as a Williams super pin. I’d double check it but can get it. I suggest you pm me so I have you on my list. I’ll quote to you and then you can decide.

Does anyone know the who the guy was (I think from NC) that had some empty cabinets in the outdoor flea market last year. Thanks

    #409 2 years ago
    Quoted from slochar:

You can get into the hall 2 hours before opening usually to set up a freeplay game. You can remove the free play game if you want it there for Friday only after whatever the cutoff time is for that day (usually 2 hours before show close).
The times have changed year to year but this has been the way it's been for a long time as not everyone can get up there Thursday, and not everyone wants to keep their games there for both days. For instance, if you bring a free play game for sale and it sells on Friday, the buyer can remove it that day with no fee. You won't be able to get in the next day for free but that makes sense since your game isn't there anymore.

Thanks for the tips!! Would be great to have this kind of info on the website. I recognize many people have been bringing games for years but first timers tend to have more questions than answers.

    #410 2 years ago

Anyone have one of these, or one of the many similar variants for sale? Non-working project is fine.

I believe one of the outdoor flea market sellers posted above that he was not coming this year. I tried to get his CFTBL cabinet last year, but it was gone by Saturday morning, as well as all the others. I guess the early bird gets worms.

Free to anyone who wants it. Found a nearly full roll of Kester solder in a game I bought. I tried using it and didn't like it, it think it's too old. I'll be there Friday and Saturday if anyone wants it.
    [quoted image][quoted image]

    Hi,

If the solder is not spoken for, I'll take it. I am in a flea market space inside across from the bathrooms.

    Thank you!

This is the card that should be on every game in the free play area. It has the times and fee for early removal, if it’s your game or you sell it, if taken out early the fee is to be paid.

Attack From Mars Remake Limited Edition and Rick and Morty Blood Suckers Edition are coming to Pinfest Freeplay!

Just made my reservations and sent in my registration. Both games will be on Freeplay the entire time. If you want them, they will be for sale but only at the end of the show and I'd only let one go.

Rick and Morty Blood Suckers Edition ($13,000)
Attack From Mars Limited Edition ($15,000)
Defender 10 in 1 Partycade (can mount to wall, door, or comes with stand) ($200)
Stern/Bally light board-working-had replaced to drop in LEDs ($80)
Power Rectifier board from Stern Stars- Was working but with no GI ($10) - Sold!

Would consider a nicely modded Jurassic Park premium + cash for either of the pins.

    Looking forward to pinfest!

    Wanted:
Always looking for wallhanger quality used backglasses and playfields. Especially looking for Data East Simpsons and Bally Lost World Backglasses
    OEM Stern Shaker Motor
Volume control/headphone jack for LCD Stern.
Cheap used subwoofers ($50). The powered ones you stick under your machine. Have an old one you are not using?

Notes on items for sale/trade above: The light board came out of a Stern Stars in an attempt to fix an insert that wasn't working. Replacing the board did not fix it, so I assume the board was not the problem. Taking this rectifier board out and putting a new one in fixed my GI lighting, so assume a repair is needed to get this fully working.

This is the card that should be on every game in the free play area.

    Just to add:

I see many times at shows people will omit their phone number on games that are not for sale (presumably to avoid getting texts or calls asking to sell?) I strongly recommend anyone to add their cell on it. I've sent many text messages to game's owners letting them know something went wrong, (ie stuck ball, locked on solenoid, etc).

You do know there's a hospital at the other end of the parking lot, just two blocks away.
Would make for a great story 10 years from now. "Son/daughter back in 2022 I was having my best game ever on (insert favorite pin here) and your mom screams, my water just broke!"

    #432 2 years ago

I'm 50/50 on attending. I really hope I can make it. If I do attend, I will be bringing my good friend's NIB Mando premium to sale. He had both the pro and premium and is keeping the pro. Less than MSRP.

Hey I’ve had some questions about the tournament.

    It works like this:

You pay $100. You play 12 games, which you pick from a bank of 20. Play any 12 of the 20 in any order. You can’t play some and go eat lunch and come back and play more. Play 12 games between 12-9 pm on Friday.

All games count! Your scores are ranked agonist all the other scores on a game and awarded points based on score.

Top 24 will make finals. Next 24 (top 100 IFPA excluded) will play in B finals for a total of 48 finalists. Finals will be played on Saturday.

It’s a good format for a show like this because it’s not the kind of tournament where you spend all day playing and not doing the show or farmers market. You can bang out 12 games pretty quickly really. There’s lots of classic games.

Good cash payouts and lots of other prizes including a Valhalla playfield and lots of cool Schwag from spooky, stern, Ap, pinballstar, coin taker, pingraffix , comet. Brooklyns jackbar and rock fantasy in Middletown, two of the coolest pinball locations in New York also on board as sponsors. More to come!

Our game bank is pretty much set but we could still use a couple late model LCD sterns. Bringing a game gives you full free entry to the show and tournament ($140 value). And you help support the show. And you get to play your own game in the tournament.

    #443 2 years ago

Is there an outdoor and indoor flea market? Does outdoor flea market start before the show on Friday?

    #444 2 years ago
    Quoted from Looprunner:

I believe he's going to go with 8600.

I may be willing to buy it and trade for a Rush pro/premium if anyone is interested.

    #445 2 years ago
    Quoted from JakePG:

Is there an outdoor and indoor flea market? Does outdoor flea market start before the show on Friday?

Depending on weather, there is usually a small outside flea. You can usually wander around it prior to the doors opening on the main show. Inside is a large flea market. The flea market is the main draw for me, definitely the best show around.
