I see a ton of random parts and neon signs and not a lot of games.
Have a feeling it's gonna be slim, slim pickings if you are looking to buy a pinball machine. I'm sure there will be plenty to play at least!

Attack From Mars Remake Limited Edition and Rick and Morty Blood Suckers Edition are coming to Pinfest Freeplay!
Just made my reservations and sent in my registration. Both games will be on Freeplay the entire time. If you want them, they will be for sale but only at the end of the show and I'd only let one go.
Rick and Morty Blood Suckers Edition ($13,000)
Attack From Mars Limited Edition ($15,000)
Defender 10 in 1 Partycade (can mount to wall, door, or comes with stand) (SOLD!)
Stern/Bally light board-working-had replaced to drop in LEDs Price Drop ($50)
Stern Rectifier board (SOLD!)
Ridge Racer Arcade 1up ($500)
Would prefer a nicely modded Jurassic Park premium + cash for either of the pins but would consider other trades. See my ads.
Notes on items for sale/trade above: The light board came out of a Stern Stars in an attempt to fix an insert that wasn't working. Replacing the board did not fix it, so I assume the board was not the problem.

Updated ad later on. Ridge Racer can't make it as the car is full now.

I'm going to bring something to play but I don't have anything I want to sell as I like all my games and won't be able to find any replacement titles where people aren't asking $drugs$

Last year was my first Pinfest but there weren't many games for sale last year (at least not in the flea market)...maybe there will be some morw stuff for sale on the floor? It's almost harder these days to buy a game at a show anyway since everything is priced high...almost easier to just arrange a private sale and save yourself the headache of trying to negotiate the prices people slap on games at shows the last few years.
I love flea markets and antique stores though, so I have a blast rummaging through the flea market stuff!
I’ve got a Bally Circus EM I can bring if pre-sold. Just picked it up, haven’t put it together yet but was told “it” worked so assume it’ll need at least rubbers, some cleaning and adjustments.

I'm probably bringing 5 pins all for sale but am not listing them and doing the parking lot deals, this is what will kill the show, way to many parking lot deals lately. I want to see my pins being enjoyed by all

Used Chicago Coin Playtime Skeeball Backglass $50
Used United Pegasus plexiglass $20

One main reason some people sell ahead of the show, is its not easy for everyone to lug a game to the show. Its even more of a PITA if it doesn't sell and you have to lug it back home. I have a lot of respect for those who bring games to the shows, its not easy work.
I have a working, nice condition Bally Black Jack MPU. Works fine, I replaced it with an alltek as customer needed free play.
$80.
Looking for a decent coin door skin or coin door for a Bally Eight Ball. One that doesn't have a bunch of EXTRA HOLES drilled in it!
Looking for the following:
Junk Yard
Cactus Jacks
TX-Sector
Bone Busters
And I know it's the longest of shots, but:
A Robo-War playfield that's not blown out.
I'm also casually looking for a White Water upper and lower playfield (not a repro).
Thanks!

This. And also, there’s the strategy that I think many people follow which is just to show up with a game and not pre-advertise it. Sometimes first come, first served is the best policy and avoids all the tire kickers, no shows and managing the list of potential “buyers”. Also takes the burden off you as the seller in case you get in a last minute bind.
I think it’s better for buyers and sellers this way.

I tend to agree with you. HOWEVER. If you are looking for a specific title and hoping for a trade (cough cough JP Premium) it helps to put it out ahead of time. If I do a trade it's going on the floor too. Also, I want to advertise far in wide in hopes of bringing more people to the show as shows are awesome.
As an aside, if you are thinking of bringing a game to the show... DO IT!
Also, if you put your business card or flier on my machine trying to drum up business for yourself... I will do everything in my power to get you banned and shunned by the pinball community and would encourage everyone else here to do the same.

Everyone's situation is unique so I have no issue with buying or selling anyway that works for you. HOWEVER -- I am not saying you shouldn't do all you can to support the show. This year my plan was to just run over and drop off sold stuff to a few customers (parking lot deals) but the more I thought about it the more I realized this is not fair to Ivan so I decided to take an inside Flea Market Space mostly just to deliver stuff I have pre-sold. I'll bring a few odds & ends for sale but I really don't have much stuff left so I doubt I'll even sell enough to cover the cost of the space. But at least that way I feel like I am doing my part to support the show.
MOST IMPORTANT is machines for freeplay. So anyone "on the fence" about bringing a machine to put into the freeplay area PLEASE bring something along for others to enjoy & to support the show. Without freeplay machines there would be no show!
One last time heading up to P.A this coming Monday Does anyone between V.A & P.A want a slick chick pinball machine for 2k includes delivery or a Wild kingdom Arcade Game 2,200 delivery included as well. Both work 100% Slick chick is fully restored top to bottom wild kingdom is original!

I'll have two booths behind Cointaker and Rampomatic, hoping to bring 10-12 games and fill it like last year. I've been trying to hold off on selling them and advertising that I have them to start the show strong. I do have a couple presold, but still aiming to have 10-12 for sale. Don't bother sending a message, at least 3 games are waiting for powder coating from the powder coater and two others I have to shop yet. I will say Mando pro and Guns n' roses LE for sure as I have multiple.
Pictures, prices and game list the week of the show.
If you follow me on Butch's game garage LLC on Facebook you probably have an idea of what I'm bringing.
I could use a nice clean domestic coindoor for my wh20 that has a three slot reimport door currently.

I could use the same for my TZ.

I will say that Butch had a strong showing of games last year. I was shocked... absolutely shocked to see him load a beautiful Twilight Zone (that I am sure is long gone) back into his trailer at the end of the show. If you are in the market for newer stuff make a B-line for his booth when the doors open. I scored a Whirlwind from him at York 2019 (long gone) that was nicer than advertised. Check out his stuff!
I'm going to be in a booth in the vendor hall. Both selling used parts and promoting the Saratoga show happening in August.
I'll be bringing most of the items I already have listed here the marketplace (save on shipping!), plus various parts, boards, and odds & ends. I may dig out a couple classic bally steel coin doors and a Williams System 3-6 test fixture (untested). Sorry, I don't have enough time to take photos before the show.
Quoted from Jiggly_Martian:Bob Phillips and I will have booths 89 and 90 this year.

That’s a great deal if the foam is in nice shape. How’s it look under there? I have a pair of these inherited from my parents and refoamed and they are awesome rock speakers…trying to figure out if I can fit a pair in my shop.
I think I paid a pro $250 to refoam them here in NYC….
Somebody should seriously grab these if they want to rock their collection of neon bar signs and vintage soda billboards!!

That sounds like a lot to refoam a pair of woofers.
Quoted from jrpinball:That sounds like a lot to refoam a pair of woofers.
There’s like one vintage audio repair shop here. They are good but the only option. And as a pinball repair guy I understand their pricing.
I also paid them $300 to fix my Yamaha turntable, which had developed a flutter and the auto features no longer worked.
Trust me, I took it apart, and I was baffled by the auto system.
Im still unclear on my allentown plans.. but if people want to buy some stuff it will lock up my plans.
I have a stunning Metallica Pro I am willing to bring - https://flynnibus.smugmug.com/Pinball/Metallica-FS/n-GxctCz/ $7800 - This game stands out and plays like a super star

A few things I will likely be bringing along for my Flea Market Space:
I have a full set of Revenge From Mars Plastics & all 3 ramps for that machine if anyone is interested. I paid around $450 for all of it and would like to get at least most of my money back. But if you are interested make me an offer.
I also found a used set of Diner ramps last night I totally forgot we had. If anyone is interested in those let me know and I can bring them along. I don't know what a fair price would be on those but I am thinking something like $80 for the set.
I'll have 3 decent 205 x15 trailer tires (on spoke rims) for $30 each if anyone is looking for a spare or two. These are around 6 years old so I decided to replace them last week since I'll be using my trailer a lot this year. Still lots of tread on them I was just worried about the age since I typically load heavy.
I might be selling a couple nice handtrucks & a bunch of furniture pads plus I'll have a few rolls of stretch wrap for sale also. Plus some other odds & ends from the pinball hobby I just do not need anymore.
I have a SUPER NICE original backglass for Nitro Groundshaker I would sell for $200 if there is any interest in that but I will not be bringing that to the show unless it is pre-sold. I'll check my other backglasses next week to see if I have anything else coming along.
