I sent Ivan a message earlier today but I figured I would post here also. Does anyone know if there is going to be an outside flea market this year? I am thinking with all the stuff I am bringing to the show for people it might make sense for me to just rent an outside flea market space so everyone knows where they can meet up with me.

Since 95% of what I'll be bringing along is already pre-sold (basically just being delivered to Pinfest as our meeting point) I really don't want to take an inside flea market space since I don't feel like moving all of this stuff inside just to have it picked up. On the "flip side" parking lot deals don't support the show in any way so I keep thinking maybe an outside space would be the way for me to go?

Miller Lite Coast To Coast Motion Light Up Sign--Version 2 Brand New in the box. Yes brand new in the original box. OK - Here is something else I just thought about I could bring along if anyone is interested. Over the years I have bought and sold over 300,000 records (about 1/3rd being 45's and the rest being Albums) and since we have a couple Jukeboxes I always sorted through the 45's keeping stuff I liked. Most of what I hung on to was Classic Rock / Doo-Wop / Bubble Gum / Classic Country (with a R&R type sound) / and that type stuff. Basically what was popular from the later 1950's until the early 1980's (without Disco or Dance in the mix).

Anyway I have about 40 boxes of records (sorted alphabetically) A's with A's / B's with B's etc but not sorted withing that letter. Each box has roughly 150 records in it. These are all in fairly nice condition since I pulled them from over 100,000 45's I have bought and sold over the years keep the "best stuff" for myself. I would be looking to sell these as a lot and I am thinking to would take something around $2000 to convince me to sell them.

My wife hates "dirt" so I had to get rid of all the "nasty old sleeves" and had planned to put the collection in new sleeves once I did a "final sort" and picked out what I wanted to keep. Again something that has not happened and likely will not happen! So if anyone is interested let me know and I can bring these along to the show.

Lot would include roughly 6000 records (plus a few extra boxes or records I have hanging around) and a few hundred used sleeves I saved (without her knowing about them) as well as some new sleeves if I can find them before the show.

I am 95% sure that will be what I will end up doing. But if I do go in that direction it will be "rain or shine" with a canopy over the open tailgate on my trailer. So you will be able to come hang out even if it is raining. No smoking in the trailer but under the canopy will be fine! I got my fill of second hand smoke when I was a kid and my dad smoked two cases of cigarettes a week.

I'd love a Gangbusters or Haunted House. Had a Wild Kingdom in rough shape that I got for free, unfortunately I ended up having to gut it. Still have the Cracked glass and the gun.

Just a word of caution--every time I've seen a BH in free play, it has issues throughout the show. For whatever reason, that title either just doesn't seem to hold up at a show, or hasn't been tested as thoroughly as it should be. One year, I saw two of them at a show and both were down.

I'd say bulletproof it as best you can and make sure you have time to do a lot of testing beforehand to work out any bugs.

While I'm thinking of it, DESW is another one I always see have problems at shows. Usually the sound goes dead, then the rest of the game seems to slowly fail--DMD, then finally MPU. Granted, not *every* DESW has problems--there have been a few fully restored examples that were just fine. But the ones with original boards always seem to follow a similar path of failure for some reason. I haven't noticed a pattern with other DE titles either--just DESW.

Would you turn off T-rex so he's not getting killed for a couple days, or just leave it set normal?

I'd leave it set to normal so that people can see how cool the ball eating dinosaur is. You would get more buyer interest on it with all features working anyways.

I haven't heard/observed any systemic issues with that mech at shows.

It doesn't really eat the ball all that much to where it would probably cause any concern. I think once for the multiball start (or restart) and then maybe again for the T Rex letter bonus if I remember right. If you're concerned though and its for sale you could just always stick a "t Rex works but is disabled" note on there for a prospective buyer.
