Questions about bringing games to the show:
I’m looking to bring a game or two to the show for freeplay. Looking at their site the hours of the show are:
Thursday: 1-9 (setup for vendors and free play)
Friday: 12-9
Saturday: 9-8
I understand we could bring our games in on Thursday, but will we be able to bring in games on Friday or Saturday morning? If so, how early can you usually get in?
I’m looking to bring a Taxi and/or Whirlwind to freeplay, but would switch one of those to my Rick and Morty if by some miracle it came in early. I’m assuming they’d have no issues with a last minute switch right?
Also, do they generally run out of space at these things? I see it’s limited to 250 games at this time. Do they usually run out of space or do I need to register for freeplay ASAP? I went last year and it was awesome, but have never brought a game to a show (that I didn’t buy there) before.

Typically you can get in about 2 hours before the show opens in the AM.

If you're helping by bringing pins to the show, they will have no problem with a last minute switch. Just tell them at the door what the change was and they will document it.
I can bring this Laser Ball playfield to the show either day of anyone is interested.
