    Quoted from pinhead52:

Heya... I am in need of a late 70's gottlieb cab, the one with the sq door.
Im restoring a Space Walk and Gottlieb must have done something special for the export version. the cab wont fit a standard door, its 3/4 of an inch too short/shallow. The alternative is to find a doner cab.

That's not a Gottlieb, technically. It looks like one of the South American Gottlieb machines. Not certain if they were made under license or not. I'm sure some of the Brazilian collectors could shed some light.

wacky, seems the games that went to Brazil were slightly different[quoted image]

I don't think they went there. They were built there.

    Quoted from pinhead52:

Of course they used gottlieb parts for the internals, pf, bg. I'll see if Jay at ipdb wants to list separately. Judging by the serial numbers Ive seen there is a couple of 100 machines.
Of course this will make it impossible to get replacement parts for the unique cab.
Sacrilege but I think Im forced to do a cab swap.

I'm sure Jay would want it to be with its brothers - https://www.ipdb.org/search.pl?searchtype=advanced&mfgid=555.

I have a Gottlieb System 3 cab if that helps.

    What game?

    Super Mario Bros

Thanks. I'm looking for a pre-DMD Sys3 cab and head.
