Its a tough one, because a lot of the people taking games out early are a mix of buyers and people that brought. The penalty to remove becomes an afterthought when you have a 5-6 drive ahead.
I know I've had people buy, explaining to them the rules and they don't hesitate at the fee because they have a long drive home with their new game, its hard for everyone to want or be able to stay the whole show.

Comet Pinball project with extra Playfield, as found, absolutely not tested.
Playfield 1 has loads of wear.
Playfield 2 is decent.
Corkscrew ramp is bad. Million shot ramp has slight cracks.
Cabinet has scratches and chips.
Electronics have slight evidence of alkaline damage.
Power supply included.
Backglass is very Nice.

My buddy has a nicely restored Centaur with CPR playfield and new cabinet. Looks and plays like new. Only thing that detracts is the CPR repro backglass that is not quite as nice looking as the original. $6,000
