Just picked up a Volcano today. Literally picked it up, put it in the garage and plugged it in just to see what works and what doesn't.
The Bad: It's got a few marks on the pf and some cracked plastics. Drop targets and the kickout from the subway currently aren't working. Missing a small spot of green on the backglass over the credit window.
The Good: Absolutely spotless inside, super clean. Despite the few marks, pf looks real good. Cab is solid should be an easy fix.
Looking for best offer or for a trade to an earlier Bally or Williams solid state.
Also have a decent working Bally Rapid Fire. Displays are out, but as far as I know, working. Just ordered some parts to fix and will hopefully have ready by Allentown if anyone is interested.

Added over 7 years ago: Had a bunch of PM's regarding this, I have now learned the hard way that "make an offer" translates to "please send me PMs asking how much I want for it".

Also have a Bally Rapid Fire, 600 bucks.

Game works 100%, just installed a remote battery holder. Board has some acid damage that was neutralized and doesn't effect game play.

Small chip in the backglass, small amount of swelling along the left interior tmolding, should clean up with a quick sanding.

Playfield is great, works great. Control panel is also great, looks crummy because of the flash.Plays kind of like space invaders.

Can potentially lump this together with previously posted Volcano project for a straight up trade for a system 11 title. Also pricing the Volcano at 600 as well.
