Looking for a Road Show translite in excellent condition.
Quoted from Gatecrasher:Since I usually don't go to these shows just to pick up a machine and leave (I can do that anytime), I prefer Saturday to Friday because I can spend the entire day there.
Once again I will be offering all my parts (plus a few extras this year) with no shipping charges to anyone who wants some.
My house is 3 miles from the Fairgrounds.
Love your stuff. What are your few extras?
I will be looking for a Spin Out and Cleopatra at Allentown. If you have either one, pm me. we could do a presale.
Quoted from wolftownjeff:Love your stuff. What are your few extras?
I was thinking of possibly selling a few backglasses and maybe a playfield or two.
I'll list what I plan to have available before the show. Since I live 3 miles away I don't have to drag everything to the show unless someone wants it.
I also have a Chevy Express cargo van and a big house with lots of storage space.
Does STI have a truck or two at the show, ready to pick up games that need to be shipped? Seems like it would be a good idea.
Quoted from Litedpinballmods:We are going to be at Allentown. Plan on having a selection of lighted speaker panels, plasma pop bumpers, Glowing instruction cards and about 100 playfield mods.
I pm'ed you yesterday and never heard back. Do you have glow inst cards for RZ or AMH?
Will have several of my machines for sale but not taking them to Allentown. I'm not too far from the show. Getting out of the hobby and can bring 2 machines with me.
Added over 7 years ago: Keeping a few machines but may not have time to get them for sale by Allentown.

Your collection is amazing and really well balanced.
Sorry you're getting out of the hobby.
This part time magician is in the market for a Hokus Pokus or Mystic. Would like to make a deal before the show(and will leave in free play for the day). Let me know if you have one. I'm going Friday.
We also have many machines for sale on eBay right now and probably wont be bringing them to the show (not enough space in the car). On eBay is a Dragonette (rare and in nice shape), All Star Basketball, Basketball, and an Official Baseball. These auctions end soon! Potentially more pins to sell soon. Don't pm me, email only.

I am looking to add a few Williams reverse wedgeheads to my collection. If you have anything for sale that you could bring to Allentown, pm me. I am also looking for EM arcade games.
Does anybody know any information about the Gottlieb Deadly Weapon pin that was for sale there last year? It was in the indoor swap area, right at the entry to the main show. I know it's a long shot but I'm looking to buy one now and.......
Got a buddy of mine looking for a Big Hurt. Let me know if anyone has one or is bringing one. Thanks!

That was my Deadly Weapon. It did sell at the show,
I am considering bringing down my BOPP. I might be interested in a trade against a classic stern. I also have a CPR playfield and plastic set.
Hi , can i have any suggestions on where i can go eat good wings, beers and watch a game in a 30 miles radius of allentown ? A nice sports bar ?
Thx
Also looking for a very nice Cleopatra or Space Station.

As far as Allentown goes...
Bell Hall - Really good burgers, cocktails, and beer list (More of a restaurant than a bar. They do have a small nice bar in the front of the building though)
Liberty Street Tavern - Good beer list and good food. (More of a bar than a restaurant)
Could try the Brew Works on Hamilton St. I thinks it between 8th and 9th St. It could be 7th and 8th st. It s on the right side as its a one way. Great wings and food in general. Plenty of beer made on site. I'm not sure its considered a sports bar but it has a pretty large bar so I'm sure it has TVs for your viewing pleasure. There are other new bars that have opened on Hamilton St. I haven't tried so you are on your own.

I'm considering moving my hotel to the "Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West"... It's a little further from the show but it has a better-looking breakfast. Any opinions on these two hotels here? Pricing is equivalent (but Comfort is non-refundable).

Ivan had a good suggestion with Brew Works & reminded me there is also Chickie & Pete's right across the street from Brew Works by the PPL center. 9th & Hamilton (not far from the show). There is also a Holiday Inn right there also.
Yeah, I did try Chickie & Pete's. Nice bar but seemed overpriced for what they offered. Had lunch there but maybe it's better at night. Was a bit of a ghost town for midweek lunch. The good news is that they are all walking distance from each other. Only a few blocks from the show. Not exactly walking distance but you get the idea. I suggest finding parking around 8th and Hamilton and knock yourself out. A bunch of new places around on Hamilton. The other suggestions are good too. One more suggestion, a bit out of the way but the Fogelsville inn has great food and reasonably priced. One of my favorite spots. Just off RT 100 and worth the trip
Ah hell, while am at it. If Italian is your thing I strongly suggest Mama Nina's in downtown Bethlehem. I'm pretty sure its the best Italian here in the area. Huge portions and reasonably priced. They don't sell booze but you can get a house wine on the house. BYOB of course if you like. If your coming back to the show, please please please avoid the garlic knots they serve. We'll smell you from across the hall and you'll stink for the next three days, I shit you not! Probably about 20 or so minutes from the show if you map it right. You can dine inside or out and plenty to do in that area as well. Great Town!!!!!and casino just a few minutes away.
Sushi Fan? Yeah we got that too. Lilly's is just a mile or two from the show. All you can eat and you order. They bring it to you. I've had friends and family there and no one has been disappointed. Depending on the time 9.99 to 19.99 per person. They rock and not but a short ride from the show. 19th and Walbert or something like that. I don't commit to memory, I fly like the pigeon. You look it up!
And as for Sea Food, well I could hit it with a three wood from the show. Harry's they say is the best. I can't say as I never been (reservations problem) I suppose its what everybody says. 19th and Tilghman or somewhere there abouts.
I will be bringing a Playmatic Conquest 200 for free play both days, although not for sale. I do have an Austin Powers that I'm looking to sell or trade if a deal is made prior to the show.

if its near the bethlehem dinner they have pretty GOOD cheesecake!
I would interested in a nice Bally Hi Lo Ace. Passed on many. Playfields always seem worn on this title.
Probably bring and sell my stern Dracula. Plays well. Players conditions for sure. Cosmetics have had a rough life.
Quoted from Otaku:Speaking of food, looks like setup day falls on my birthday. Can I bring cake if I attend that day?
Save me a piece!

I have some hook parts from I can bring with me on Friday!
I also have parts I can bring with me (on Saturday).
-SPOKEN FOR
New, still packaged Ghostbusters lane guid upgrade plastics kit from Pinball Universe.
-SPOKEN FOR
Used THLE update metal wire form (left side wire form). Only issue is the last weld came undone. Doesn't effect the ball movement at all and I'm guessing it repairable if you have welding skills.

Also considering bringing either my 1980 Gottlieb Counterforce or my Theatre of Magic.
Counterforce-
Plays perfectly, all bulbs switched to LEDs, Swemmer CPU board, Wi-numph driver board (40-pin ribbon cable interconnect between the two boards).
Only issue is a couple playfield bulbs aren't lighting 100%. Could be a ground issue? I haven't done any ground mods.
ToM-
Full topside/bottom side shop job (new rubber/coil sleeves/switches/etc). Full LEDs (Comet). Pinball Pro speakers/woofer. New Leon trunk board. Aluminum interrupter. Tiger saw mod (uninstalled). Lots and lots more.
PM with any questions.
