Queen should be done by then - maybe I can show it off at the show!

    Quoted from Agent_Hero:

Probably too early, but does anyone going plan to have pinball machines for sale or trade?

I hope to find a buyer for my Flying Carpet at the show.

    #105 5 years ago
    Quoted from SuperDaveOsbourn:

If in great condition, that game is not only lovely to look at but also fun to play.
Sadly the pink in that cabinet often is not so pink when its old.
    Got photos to share?

Mine is restored with bright fuchsia, clearcoated playfield and sealed backglass. It plays fast and the pops are nice and snappy. Are you coming down for the show?

No joke, the game I'm most looking forward to playing is the 1933 Signal Jr.

    Quoted from Gryszzz:

The play but ESP the sound on that Queen pin was GD PHENOMENAL.
    AMAZING!
    And thank you!

    Quoted from comment23:

    That's topmoose's baby!

Hey, that's me! I'm glad you got to play Queen and even happier that you enjoyed it. It took a while to get the sound loud enough in that noisy room. I just wrote a couple of Pincinnati post-mortem posts about it over on my Queen project thread.

    Hey, SW Ohio/NKY/SE Indiana folks!

Is anyone planning on going to Allentown Pinfest in May?

I've been talking to another Pinsider about a trade and I'm looking for someone to take my game to Allentown and bring back the other game for me. And maybe pick me up a t-shirt while they're there. Can anyone help me out?

Is it too soon to talk about donating and transporting games?

    #546 4 years ago
    Quoted from chuckwurt:

Never too soon! I will be emailing the helpers group soon to get the initial interest started.
Also anyone here that did not bring a game that would like to bring a game this year, pleas PM me your email and we can get you added to the group.
    Thanks!

Coolio. Thought I'd offer up my Night Moves, but I don't have a vehicle big enough to haul it, so I'll need some help.

Just a reminder that I need some help with transporting my Night Moves. If someone has room and can swing by Sharonville for pickup and drop off, please let me know. Thanks!

We're getting close - just wanted to remind everyone again that I'll need help transporting Night Moves from Sharonville and back again.

If we can't get Night Moves to the show, I'll have no choice but to bring Coed instead. Do you really want a flipperless game from the 40's taking up space?

    Quoted from chuckwurt:

I will ask around. Possibly not. Trent brought a lot last year, but he can’t make it this year. Beau works for Trent and is coming, I’ll have to ask him. Possible that AP brings magic glass too.

I'd be interested too. My Hot Line needs some new glass.

Liked it so much I bought my own!

    Also waiting...

    (metallik is my ride.)

    Quoted from IcePagoda:

...and finally a correction: Blue Ash Chili > Dixie Chili

Unpopular opinion: skip the chili and go to Graeter's.

A smart and sensible move and I fully support it.
Plus it gives me time to work on Queen II.

    Say, @chuckwurt,
Please remind me what time things start shutting down on Sunday. I have an out of town gig that weekend and my flight doesn't get me back until 1pm.

    Quoted from lowbeau67:

Walk thru free play area 815 pm

    I don’t see Signal Jr.

    #1293 2 years ago
    Quoted from metallik:

Pretty sure it was there when we left around 10:30. Late arrival.

    Quoted from PocketSnacks:

It's on an end in the back, close to the Cincy Pinball tent corner.

Awesome. Just making sure the star of the show arrived safely. I'll see you all on Sunday!

    Quoted from chuckwurt:

What game are you going to play first when you get to the show??
I’m craving some Signal Jr right about now.

I haven't seen a final game list but...

    - Signal Jr. is a must (even though I play my Senior daily)
    - Deadflip JP is really fun
    - I'll give some love to the EM's
    - I always look forward to the rarities
    - I never pass up a Spider-Man

    Can I suggest a theme for next year's T-shirts?

Any prewar pinball machines in attendance?

Two, and we’re already planning to bring more next year!
