The detail is amazing, captures really the blacks. Bet you took that with a fancy camera.

I call a hoax - these days we would be blinded by everyone's cell phone screens (as they are looking at the Duke Energy website)

I never want to visit that site again.

If you look REALLY close and concentrate you can just make out Brazy in the corner of the Cincy Pinball tent playing tunes on his guitar while the rest of us drink.
Quoted from Gryszzz:Pre-war section was PACKED!
The line for Signal Jr was 6 hours long.
Pincinnati for favorite convention!!!! If you only vote for Pincinnati in that category it helps even more. Let’s make this happen.
Quoted from Ollulanus:They set a date yet? chuckwurt?
Always the first weekend in December. So this year is 12/1-12/3. Tickets always on sale 7/1.
Website updates will be made in the next month, Eventbrite tickets will be updated soon as well. Mark your calendars!!
Starting the heads up now. We are in the process of adding two more tournaments that will lead up to Pincinnati. The Wednesday and Thursday before Pincinnati. At arcade legacy. Expected to have 70-80 games setup and ready to go by then and we’re hoping to have 100 plus at each event.
So if you plan on coming to Pincinnati, start thinking about coming a couple days early!
For those that aren’t familiar, arcade legacy is a great arcade and bar about 20 mins from Pincinnati. So you could get a hotel right by arcade legacy for the first couple nights, then spend the weekend at Pincinnati with us!
Hmm...I was planning on bringing a game or two. I'm assuming load in is Thursday, not Wednesday? Doesn't matter on my account as I can't imagine coming up Wednesday anyway, but others might wanna know for logistics.

We have ALL day Thursday for load in. Starts at 8-9am. So if you’re trying to do the whole schbang, we can accommodate if you need to stage a game or just keep it in your vehicle until Thursday morning.
Assuming you loved the art, who would be interested in buying a very limited (50) show poster to commemorate the 5th year of Pincinnati? Price would be 40-50 bucks.

I'm down.

Do you have a photo of it?
Quoted from Green-Machine:Do you have a photo of it?
No. We haven’t gotten that far as we have no idea if 50 will sell. It’s expensive to make these. We could only hope to get our money back really.

For sure.

Cool! Just curious. Thanks for the reply

Yeah we would for sure reveal the art with plenty of time and might even do a pre order for those that want the option so there isn’t a max dash for them at the show like some weird hippie concert festival.

As a DMB fan I appreciate this statement.
Quoted from snyper2099:I would… but only if it somehow incorporated Johnny Bench.
Haha. This might be able to be arranged.
Quoted from chuckwurt:Tournaments are sold out!!!! Thanks everyone!
Yay! But.. dammit.

Waitlists are not too long yet, get a spot!
But in the future, you need to be ready at the bell to get tickets. With abandoned carts that get snagged up, tickets are gone in 4-5 mins for the tournaments. But if you are ready to go, you should be on the waitlist very high at worst.

Oh, I’m aware of how fast they sell out! It’s a good problem to have! Sometimes life just happens and we can’t be on our phone - maybe next year
Hopefully you were able to snag a spot!

Erik doesn't play in his pincinnati tournaments.

I’m on the waitlist too and sure hope to get in! Pincinatti is a great show! I’ve also really been enjoying District 82 tournaments and glad to see they’re not selling out quite so fast. There are about 25 places left for the “summer classic” in August still! The add on tourneys are wide open with about 80 places left for both Tuesday and Wednesday. It also helps where the “summer classic” is $320 and the upcoming October “Super Series” is $410, not to mention the two add on days are $25 each. I don’t mind the higher tournament costs, as the prize pools are great there. If anything the higher cost helps keep it from selling all 150 spots so quickly.
If you’ve not been, I recommend registering for the “summer classic” and doing the Tilt N’Tuesday and Beat The Clock Wednesday add on’s, it’s 6 full days of pinball tournaments! So much fun!
Looking forward to this year! Possible to get the kids tourney an official IFPA event for the chitlens!?

It’s been an official IFPA event since inception.
But it looks like we forgot to submit it to the IFPA last year. That’s my bad. I’ll be adding all the events to IFPA’s website today.

Ah good news thanks! Colby’s looking to pump up his numbers in the rankings!

The Road To Pincinnati (Pre show tournaments):
Come to town early and get more WPPRs!!:
Both of these will be at the local, awesome Arcade Legacy in Sharonville, OH (about 20 mins from the show)
