Hi.
There is a std black rubber on the lowest post that supports the upper playfield. Instead it should be the yellow ice cone shaped one that I just bought. However there must also be something else there. I suspect a washer or some sort spacer that sits above the yellow rubber. Or should the rubber just sit by itself on the post ? It sure doesn't look right. Can you guys help please.

I have the yellow cone and it is just there by itself, I may be missing something also, I know what you mean because there is some space there , but it just slides up and down

Hard to see but looks to be a plastic piece on top of the yellow cone. http://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=1796&picno=21843&zoom=1

Just checked my all-original machine, it's a nylon spacer. I was just at my local Ace Hardware yesterday and they had a drawer full of all sizes of these things, I'm sure you could find one to fit.

Thanks. Too much to ask if you could shoot a pic ?

Can't get the camera to focus on that spot, but you can pretty much tell the size of it from this pic.

I'm not 100%, but I believe it's this:

I found something very close at Menards but had to bore out the hole slightly with a drill to make it fit.

Seems like you could cut a rubber post sleeve to size in a pinch.
