Hi.
We love the machine and have used it often through the years. I recently replaced the batteries and I am running into something where I turn on the unit and then hit the credit button and the game doesn't give credits nor allow game play. It just shows some of the rules and go through a series of messages about plunger, ramps and such. I probably hit a button and screwed up but curious if you had any insight on how I may be able to fix this.

if you pulled the batteries with the machine off, you lost all the settings. You will have to go through the menu and change it to freeplay. In the future, change batteries with the power on.
