I'm having some strange issues with my pinbot sound.

Over the course of a few weeks, and maybe six or seven games, the sound got quieter and quieter until eventually it went out altogether. There is no sound whatsoever. No start up tone, no static when the volume pot is turned, nothing. There is a Rottendog MPU and Rottendog power supply unit installed. Originally, I thought it was a cap issue, and just needed to replace those. On further guidance from other people and Clay's guides, I checked the voltages on the CPU. On the power supply, one of the +12v test points is reading at 0.5v, which is way too low.

What should I do from here? I can't isolate what is causing the drop in voltage.
