I am working on a Pinbot and cannot find why it is rebooting. It only does it during game play, is doesn't seem to do it when it is just sitting in gameplay either. For example, I can leave the pin running for hours and never see or hear it reboot. I can start and game and let it sit, never reboots. But start playing and within a few games, it will reboot at a seemingly random time.

I have recorded the voltages while it ran, until a reboot and the voltage never dropped below 4.92.
I have checked every diode on every switch. All checked out good. I even replaced one that tested fine, but looked toasty.
I have checked and repaired any burnt connectors. Power supply has been recently rebuilt, but the DMM test suggests it isn't power related.

The game SEEMS to only reboot while the ball is up around the visor area. But I have not seen any real pattern to what is being hit. All the switches seem to work properly.

The only other issues I have noticed are the player three display, says Error during the Audits display. That is odd and I am not sure what that is about. It is fine in diagnostics. Also a large chunk of flashers are down. But that looks to be a relay issue.

Anyone have any thoughts on what I might be missing?

I have monitored and recorded the 5V line on the MPU until it rebooted. As I stated in the first post, it was steady and never dipped below 4.92 volts.
There is no damage to the MPU. It is not tilting. It is rebooting.

It looks like I found the issue. One flipper diode was cracked and would rattle away from making a connection randomly. Replaced the diode and poof, no more reboots.

Thanks all.
