Williams, 1986The right outhole kicker in the visor on my P.B has given up. The switch is working as it registers the ball landing in the hole but the ball remains static once multiball starts... The coil seems ok and and slides freely. What would be my next concern ?
A tip on the CPU board ?

First, I would go into the solenoid test in diagnostics and check the sun flasher....this one shares the same driver transistor - Q22. This will help narrow the problem. Also find connector 1P11 pin 9 and short that one to ground with an alligator clip lead. If the coil fires, then you will have checked power to the coil, the coil itself, and upstream wiring.
A little bit of troubleshooting to get you in the right direction.
