I just shopped a Pinbot I just got and had flasher/LED issues to sort out. You replaced the incandescents with #44 incandescents or LED's?

Off the top of my head I would say check the voltage on the first socket in the "red" string and see if there is voltage there. Also check all fuses on the PS board and mounted under the PF. Might have been a bad socket that was empty and putting a bulb in shorted that side out.
