Hello Aniraf,

Well, that's odd.
This would be the first to fail in 750 Bridge Boards.

You say the rectifier for the 18V fails.
Which diode of the rectifier fails?
From AC to minus or AC to plus?

I've looked a bit closer to the Bridge Board....
Would it be possible that there is a short between the fuse clip and the ground trace?
A solder splatter????

Kind regards,
Peter

Remove the rectifier again and test the traces.
I think there is a short somewhere....

Quoted from Aniraf:

Scratch my last post, it failed again. F!
Any ideas?

Do you have an image of the installed board?
Just to make sure all wires are in their right place....

When the board fails, do you have input power (14Vac)?

Quoted from Aniraf:

inkochnito if I meter the 34v line on the bridge board any only see 28.6v, does that seem like a problem to you?

I could be.
It's easy to test the bridge rectifiers.
Unplug the connector going to the bridge rectifiers and do the diode test on them.

Quoted from Robotworkshop:

Just be careful on the replacement ROM's. The main set on IPDB has a bad image that lacks some sound effects. The corrected ROM is a separate file. Ran into that issue firsthand.

Which set is bad?
There are 7 files available....

Quoted from Robotworkshop:

In the L5 set U22 image is bad. IPDB has a separate U22 image that is correct. I you just use all the L5 images only you'll lose sounds. I ran into that first hand and had to make another U22 to fix it.

Well, I've checked both files and they are the same.
I also compared with the file I have verified for PinMame.
All the files have the same CRC.
Maybe you had a bad burn....

Yep, everything was working just fine prior to this. Any help in pointing me to the fuse I should check/order to replace? Thanks for the help everyone, rookie here!
Found this fuse, looks blown compared to another one. Is it blown?
But looking at the manual, there are no 1AMP fuses listed in there.
[quoted image]

Where did you find this fuse?
From the picture it is hard to tell (for me) where it is located.
If I know where, I can add it to my Tech Chart for Pin•Bot.

Yep, here are pictures of location.

Thank you!
I will add the 1Amp fuse for the Visor motor to the Tech Chart.
