My ball never hits the glass unless, as mentioned above, the ramp happens to be raising just as the ball is crossing it. Perhaps the flippers are too powerful.

The only time you should be getting airballs on Pinbot is when the ball hits the visor target bank while it's partially up or down. If you are getting a lot of airballs besides this, your flippers are probably too strong.

The spiral ramp should be red. I've seen many Pin•Bots with a black one, but this is the wrong ramp. The black one is from Jack•Bot.

That may be true, but the question is, should one support a business that treats some customers so badly? I've ordered from MAD a handful of times, and I've never had a problem, but I'm not so sure I would want to give them any more business after reading about all the nightmares some people have had with them.

LOL! That reflection really makes it look like the artwork is on the plastics. The score display on the left one should have been a dead giveaway.
