Unfortunately those are extremely hard to come by and it took me years to find a pair so I could finally add coin mechs to my Pinbot.

I'm going to guess that the studs are Pemm studs they are a fastener that is pressed into the stamping.

The brackets were probably installed by the ramp manufacturer, then later wired by Williams or another.
