Switches work in test as well. Not sure what to look for, any thoughts?

Correct # of balls installed, trough switch's working correctly when one ball at a time are loaded?

Can you describe the problem a little more specifically? You press start button, game starts but no ball kicks out? Or is it one or more saucer kickouts that isn't working?
Shooter lane switch stuck?

There are two balls installed.

Push start and the ball does not eject into the shooter lane. I checked the trough switches and they all activate in test mode just fine. The shooter lane switch is also OK. Actually, there are no stuck switches in test mode at all.

You should show closed switches in test mode if the balls are installed. Does that happen?

Ill verify in switch test mode today and report back

Do any coils fire when you hit the start button? Is the game actually starting? If no music and no coils firing then the start button might be malfunctioning.
If not one of your trough switches is off.

OK found it........second switch in the trough needed adjusting, wasn't resisting the second ball. Thanks guys, I appreciate the assist. Sometimes the simples things stare you right in the face!
