I've noticed that my game has some Playfield wear covered by mylar or a clear plastic. Can this mylar be brought up, the paint repaired and then reapplied with new?

Thx for help all

yes. If you repaint the area, you will have to put mylar back down to protect it or it will be gone in 20 games. Or have it clearcoated to seal in the touchups.

Do some searching and reading on here about mylar removal. There are various methods to remove mylar.
There is a chance that the adhesive on the mylar will pull up more paint when you remove the mylar.

Try this link for so much info for playfield restoration and tips. There is so much info your head will explode lol. I referred to it all the time when I did my gorgar playfield and it was a huge help. Vid1900 is the man when it comes to restoring pins.
