dont worry bout it, the extra pins on your old board were for printer functions. i recently replaced the mpu in my jurassic park with rottendogs mpu (exact same board as yours) everything is running smoothly, although i did get really anxious/nervous/upset when i saw the missing pins on the board...called k's arcade(highly recommend them for boards and service) and found out to my relief the extra pins were unneeded
