Williams, 1986PinBot – Short across Outhole A side coil. Whats the damage?
A new coil was installed at Outhole A side but the diode was reversed.
We found the reversed diode too late, power was applied with the reversed diode.
With the corrected diode on the coil it only twitches during the coil test.
I would guess some board damage occurred.
What parts should be checked or replaced for that coil output?
Hopefully, this is not too trickey.

Page 23 in the manual shows Q33 is the driver transistor for the Outhole. Sometimes one burns out the other, you may want to replace both at the same time if Q33 (or whatever transistor) is bad.

My schematic is such a bad quality, I cant see what you are referring too.
Q33 to be replaced for sure, what is the other one you think might need replacing ?
I do have some new Tip102 transistors from another project.
