Not sure why the printer shop is having trouble getting the instruction cards to be 82x152 mm but the guy asked if slightly smaller would be ok...
Is there something I can have them try to make it right? The cards they made do not fill in the gaps.

i size them right myself and drop them into a 4x6 white or black background in Photoshop so they get printed as standard photo in any photocenter.
Also, consider not slipping them into the apron slots. Make them a bit larger and use doubled sided tape (just an inch will do in the center). You see the whole card and they don't bow up, especially if you use a heavier paper, or even laminate them like I do.
