I've got a Vostok Amphibian 420526 "Zissou" Russian diver watch with a replacement 18mm black rubber strap like the one Bill Murray wears in "The Life Aquatic" movie. A great watch for under 80 bucks. Perfect watch to wear while playing the "Zissou" pinball machine.

It looks like they are 2 different machines. Both seem to be rethemed Gottlieb Add-A-Ball wedgeheads made for Italy.
The one in the movie (which was filmed in Italy) made from a 1977 "Kicker":

The newer Zissou is from a pair of machines found at director Wes Anderson's new bar in Milan called Bar Luce.
The other pin there is based on his short film Castello Cavalcanti about a race car driver.
Each made from a 1975 "Tiger":
