I purchased one of these after reading some of the previous posts. It showed up today. It says to be sure to follow the directions at their website or you could damage the product. The URL they supply is a deadend. Does anyone have any contact info for them? I sent a question through the website (ETSY) where I bought it, but not real confident that it will get to them.
Anybody else purchased this and installed it?
