There is a Stern Disco, I had one of those briefly.
It was made in 1979 or 1980 I think. It was originally titled "Pickup Summer" but they changed the name in order to capitalize on the popularity of pinball at the time. That said, there is quite a bit of pinball in it so it wasn't entirely a cheap cash in.
Anyway, it's a very crazy, uneven, sex-filled, small budget teen romp. The plot (and boy do I use that term loosely) is that a bad guy biker stole the pinball tournament trophy and the two good guys are trying to get it back. The subplots are all pretty much about various characters' efforts to get laid. Actually, most of the main plot is about that too.
It took me a couple viewings to get through. It's really best viewed with you and a bunch of pinball buddies with a case of beer.
