Therefore you've made the claim that that are "cruel and usual punishment" There is a a constitutional amendment that uses the term "no cruel and unusual punishments" which would make sense in your comment but that's not what you wrote, and is clearly not what you wanted to say either based on your reaction that your comment was correct. So apparently you think shock is cruel, but perfectly normal and acceptable, which is kinda sick.
