I think CrazyLevi is correct this new bright white i have seen this to. Had got parts form different places so its not just a PBR issue or difference. Now how much is that nos sat for a long time or the fact plastic is much like wallpaper in batch/lot the color varies.
I think the plastic being used is different from manufacturing companies to. I have got various color skirts for other games and for a project. Some have a glossy look some are dull finish. Notice some real stiff and some of quite flexible.
