My first time calling.

Me: "I'm looking for a Midway Deluxe Shooting Gallery schematic."
Steve: "I don't have one"
Me: "Ok. Well thank ..."
Steve interrupts: "Let me check. I need to look through the cabinets"
Me: "Ok."
**Sounds of cabinets opening and closing**
Steve: "I don't have one"
Me: ''Ok. Thank you for you time"
Steve: "Well hold on. I haven't checked over here. It's hard to do this with one hand on the phone"
Me:"Well you can set the phone down. I'll wait."
**Sounds of cabinets opening and closing**
Steve:"I found one. It was in the wrong place. Why is it in the wrong place?!?!? I have no idea!"
Me:"Ok. I'll take it"
Steve:"You can't have it!!! It's my only one!!! But I can sell you a copy"
Me:"Sounds good"
Steve:"Are you a first time customer?"
Me: "Yes."
Steve in the nicest sweetest voice:"Welcome!"

I order through email now. Just wanted to get the full Steve experience once.....Worth it.
