Steve has really been helpful when I inadvertently order the wrong stuff. His matter of fact corrections are both welcome to my knowledge base and wallet. I've found that if you have your customer number handy and the majority of part numbers sorted out, ordering is a breeze. BTW, in addition to a million specialized and unique parts, PBR's flipper rebuild kits are by far the best quality out there.
